As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, creating and managing personalized treatment plans, and administering advanced therapies. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive holistic, evidence-based care tailored to their individual needs.

• Conduct detailed psychiatric evaluations for behavioral health patients.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
• Administer and manage TMS therapy and ketamine treatments.
• Oversee medication management, including new therapies.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain up-to-date medical records.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Psychiatry.
• Active medical license in good standing.
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric care is a plus.
• Proficiency in TMS and ketamine therapy (training available).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
