As an Assistant HR Manager (HRBP) - Bilingual Korean, you will be managing expat transitions, SuccessFactors, HPI, and Global Mobility Program, acting as a crucial link between HQ and AMS sites to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Lead orientation for seamless transition of expats to new assignments.
- Prepare for expats' arrival or departure, including setup of SSN, driver?s license, housing, and community questions.
- Process expat payroll using ADP Workforce Now, including ERP uploads, year-end tax returns, and IRS payments.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data through audits and necessary corrections.
- Ensure organizational charts for all business units are accurate.
- Lead the annual goal setting and performance management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- 3-5+ years of US corporate HR experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in a matrixed environment.
- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, including teaching/training users.
- Experience with expat payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software (SAP ERP, ADP).
- Adaptability and agility in dealing with diverse cultures.
- Bilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred.
