This position plays a key role in ensuring seamless project execution, from submittal coordination through project closeout. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where communication, scheduling, and quality control are crucial. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and labor partners to maintain timelines, budget constraints, and deliverables for acoustical construction projects. A strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and customer service is essential.

  • Coordinate submittal processes with vendors, internal teams, and clients
  • Review and modify shop drawings (basic drafting skills a plus)
  • Conduct site visits for measurements and project coordination
  • Oversee submittal approvals, materials purchasing, and delivery logistics
  • Schedule and manage internal and external labor resources for turnkey projects
  • Monitor project timelines, lead times, and manpower availability
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and timely closeout documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field (preferred)
  • 3 or more years of project management experience in construction or similar industry
  • Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, BlueBeam Revu; familiarity with construction software such as Procore, MS Project, or PlanGrid
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience collaborating with general contractors and subcontractors
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a team-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
