A growing manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator for third shift. This role involves setting up and operating precision press brake machinery to bend and form sheet metal components according to production specifications. Ideal candidates will have prior CNC brake experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

- Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery according to specifications
- Perform quality inspections using calipers, protractors, and other tools
- Select tools based on material and part requirements
- Maintain machinery using standard TPM procedures
- Interpret blueprints, bend allowances, and work orders
- Follow all safety and 6S workplace standards
- Complete additional production tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of CNC press brake experience or technical training
- Strong ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret specifications
- Familiar with calculating flat sizes and bend allowances
- Able to work independently and meet production deadlines
- Basic computer and math skills required
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Bystronic or AccurPress equipment is a plus
