As an Entry-Level Tax Associate, you will engage with a variety of clients and industries, developing your tax expertise while working in a team-oriented environment. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills as you will manage client projects, draft tax technical memorandums, and perform tax research using the latest regulations. • Prepare tax returns, including Individual, Partnership, and Corporate returns.
• Identify potential tax issues and prepare tax adjustments.
• Conduct tax research using internal revenue code and other relevant authorities.
• Manage client workflow and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Draft tax technical memorandums for client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting.
• Plan to complete 150 credit hours by September 2024 to meet CPA eligibility.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 in both major and overall.
• Leadership in extracurricular activities preferred.
• Prior work or internship experience in accounting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
