Description

Initiate and manage our Beyond The Classroom program, focusing on delivering high-quality therapeutic services in educational settings. Provide expert clinical supervision and performance management for a team of therapists and service providers. Design and implement clinical best practices, ensuring alignment with strategic outcomes. Uphold rigorous standards of clinical documentation and compliance with relevant regulatory bodies. Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Required LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure in good standing.
  • At least 4 years of experience in child and family services.
  • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrable skills in diagnostic and treatment planning.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and capability in leading diverse teams.
