Description

As a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver high-quality outpatient mental health services to individuals and families experiencing various mental health concerns. Your role will include diagnostic assessments, therapy sessions, and coordinating care with other providers. You will work in both office and virtual settings, ensuring accessibility for your clients. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community by offering support and guidance.

  • Provide compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to clients as scheduled.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure collaborative care.
  • Facilitate psychosocial skills groups and therapy sessions as needed.
  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner using electronic health records.
  • Stay updated on research and best practices in mental health treatment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure client information in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Counseling or Social Work required.
  • LSW or LPC licensure in good standing; independent licensure (LISW or LPCC) preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) is essential.
  • Experience in community behavioral health settings is preferred.
  • Certification in evidence-based treatment modalities is a plus.
