As a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver high-quality outpatient mental health services to individuals and families experiencing various mental health concerns. Your role will include diagnostic assessments, therapy sessions, and coordinating care with other providers. • Provide compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to clients as scheduled.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to ensure collaborative care.
• Facilitate psychosocial skills groups and therapy sessions as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner using electronic health records.
• Stay updated on research and best practices in mental health treatment.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure client information in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Counseling or Social Work required.
• LSW or LPC licensure in good standing; independent licensure (LISW or LPCC) preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) is essential.
• Experience in community behavioral health settings is preferred.
• Certification in evidence-based treatment modalities is a plus.
