As an Assistant HR Manager (HRBP) - Bilingual Korean, you will be managing expat transitions, SuccessFactors, HPI, and Global Mobility Program, acting as a crucial link between HQ and AMS sites to ensure seamless HR operations.

• Lead orientation for seamless transition of expats to new assignments.
• Prepare for expats' arrival or departure, including setup of SSN, driver?s license, housing, and community questions.
• Process expat payroll using ADP Workforce Now, including ERP uploads, year-end tax returns, and IRS payments.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data through audits and necessary corrections.
• Ensure organizational charts for all business units are accurate.
• Lead the annual goal setting and performance management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
• 3-5+ years of US corporate HR experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in a matrixed environment.
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, including teaching/training users.
• Experience with expat payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software (SAP ERP, ADP).
• Adaptability and agility in dealing with diverse cultures.
• Bilingual in English and Korean is highly preferred.
