In this role, you will be the go-to person for processing timely, accurate payroll for a diverse and growing employee base. Your focus on detail, organization, and in-depth knowledge of multi-state tax regulations will help you handle everything from garnishments to expense reimbursements. By collaborating with the HR team, you will uphold meticulous employee records and address any issues that arise, ensuring financial integrity and compliance at every step.

• Administer semi-monthly and weekly payroll cycles, including salaried and hourly employees
• Maintain employee data in ADP Workforce Now, handling address changes, taxation updates, deductions, and garnishments
• Track vacation, PTO accruals, holiday payments, and other compensation elements based on internal policies
• Assist with payroll reconciliations in the general ledger, verifying entries and accuracy
• Prepare funding requests, manage benefits enrollment updates, and process new hire/termination transactions
• Oversee monthly expatriate payroll and associated recordkeeping
• Research and apply federal, state, and local regulations to ensure comprehensive compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Minimum 5 years processing full-cycle payroll in a corporate setting
• Familiarity with multi-state payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and general ledger systems, including posting salary vouchers
• Solid grasp of payroll laws, tax reporting, and best practices
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ability to learn new HRIS quickly
